The creation of Premier Concrete Pumping Solutions, LLC wasn’t a coincidence; it was a calling. One day, while driving down I-4, everything felt ordinary until I heard about the "Ultimate Orlando Improvement Project" on the radio—a major initiative to revitalize highways, streets, and sidewalks across our city. As I passed the orange barricades and watched the city come to life with progress, I felt an overwhelming realization. If my grandfather, Albert Crapps, were still here, I knew he would be right in the heart of that transformation.

That moment sparked something deep within me, a fire I couldn’t ignore. I decided, right then and there, that I needed to learn everything I could about construction and make this vision a reality. It wasn’t just a passing thought—it became my purpose. And I can honestly say, every step of this journey has been both rewarding and exhilarating.

I carry with me the spirit of my grandfather, who built homes and foundations across Greater Orlando, and my grandmother, Ruth Crapps, who ran her own contractor cleaning business. My parents, Richard Williams, who owned a lawn care business, and Doris Williams, who operated an assisted living facility, also shaped my path. They weren’t just family; they were my inspiration. Their relentless drive, entrepreneurial spirit, and unwavering determination planted the seed that has grown into something beyond what I ever dreamed possible.

In a field traditionally dominated by men, I proudly carry their legacy, blazing a trail for women in construction. Premier Concrete Pumping Solutions, LLC is a tribute to that inspiration—a powerful desire to honor my roots and build something extraordinary.
